Once we have satisfied ourselves that we can add value to your
business, we will issue an Engagement Letter which will outline:
We will describe our understanding
of the purpose for the project, and a brief description of what we feel are the
issues or problems you have asked us to address.
We will highlight the phases and
tasks to be completed during the project, the methodologies to be used, and the
outcomes, deliverables or products you can expect as a result of our project.
The engagement letter will give
details of the services that Breadtree will provide.
Our engagement letter will set out
projected completion dates for various phases and tasks, and the approximate
hours or days that each consultant will contribute to the project.
Details of our fee structures are
available here. Please don't hesitate to
contact us to negotiate!
On large or lengthy projects, we
conduct regular progress meetings with you. The purpose for these meetings is to
review completed phases, to review tasks to be completed in subsequent phases
and to resolve any questions or concerns which may arise during the course of
the project.
There is one primary consultant
assigned, on each engagement, to see that all your consulting needs are met. It
is also that consultant's responsibility to assure that you are provided with
the highest quality services possible within the scope, approach and timing
defined for the project.
We reserve the right to cease
performing consulting services and to terminate our consulting relationship for
any reason consistent with applicable ethical rules and professional standards,
including unanticipated conflicts of interest, unpaid consulting fees and
expenses, or other such reasons.
